Return & Refund Policy

At Evelle.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.

✅ Return Accepted If:

You received a:

• Wrong product

• Damaged product

• Defective product

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Return NOT Accepted If:

• Product is used

• Packaging is damaged

• Change of mind

• Customer mishandled or broke item

✅ Refund Process

• Refund is issued within 3–5 working days after inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If return reason is invalid, customer will pay delivery charges.
